Friends of the Library: The Friends of the Library are committed to providing financial and volunteer assistance to the Louis Bay 2nd Library and Community Center, Hawthorne, New Jersey in support of its role as a thriving and dynamic informational, cultural and community center. Membership is open to all Hawthorne and area residents. For further information, call the Library at (973) 427-5745. Meetings are held on the first Monday of
every month, with the exception of July and August, 7:00 PM in the
